Common Questions

Do I need to buy Xero myself?

We can arrange Xero through our firm at the standard subscription rate. Or you can subscribe directly through Xero. We will advise you on the right plan for your business size.

How long does migration take?

Most migrations take between three and seven business days depending on how complex your existing records are. We will give you a timeline before we start.

Can you fix a Xero file that is already a mess?

Yes. We do Xero clean-ups regularly. We go through your file, fix the coding errors, reconcile the backlog, and get everything accurate before moving you to a monthly service.

What if I want to stay on MYOB?

We only work in Xero. If you want to stay on MYOB, we are not the right fit. But if you are open to switching, we handle the migration and you will not look back.

Do you offer Xero training for my staff?

Yes. We can train your office manager, accounts person, or any team member who needs to use Xero. Training is available in person or via video call.
