I’m Krish Ravipati, CPA and Director of Accounts Advantage. I took over leadership of the firm in 2023, backed by the same experienced team that has supported Queensland businesses for years, and since then I’ve sharpened our focus on the three areas where we add the most value: construction, childcare, and business advisory.
Construction is where I’ve built deep, hands-on expertise in my own right. I’ve personally trained over 500 people across the Queensland construction industry and implemented Cheops, a specialist construction ERP, for around 70 construction businesses. Cheops still calls on me directly for complex implementations and operational reviews, which speaks to the level of trust I’ve earned in this space.
Childcare has been one of this firm’s specialisations from the start, and it’s a strength we’ve continued to build on. We currently look after more than 70 childcare centres across Queensland, and I understand CCS funding, compliance obligations, and the payroll complexity that comes with running a centre, inside and out.
Beyond compliance, I work directly with business owners as a CFO advisor, providing cash flow forecasting, margin analysis, budgeting, and the kind of decision support that turns your numbers into confident decisions.
